More Herassment From Durham
 

Well Ladies and gentleman, Ive been pulled over 6 times in the last 8 days for "regristation" But today pissed me off.

Car is parked out front of the store, and its 10:30 am. 2 cops pull up and surround my car. They ask me for the usual crap, then I tell him its rediculas to check my registration EVERY DAY. He dissagrees and it starts from there....

COP --"We are here because we got a complaint 2 days ago about your driving"

ME--- "This is not true. I dont speed anymore, because of my last ticket. My driving is perfect now. I cant afford 1 point on my licence" (funny I worked instore on monday and tuesday drove to work and home:rolleyes:

COP---"Well its a nice car but your going to get herassed and get tickets."
ME---"LIKE WHAT"????
Cop----"Well I can give you 4 tickets right now."
Me---"FOR"???
Cop--"Your exhaust is illegal, and I could get you with some emmisions tickets"
Me--"My exhaust is not illegal, theres a cat and its not loud"
Cop---"yes it its. Anything other than stock is illegal."
me--"NO IT ISNT. SHOW ME HTA. "
Cop--"Yes it is, I can write you a ticket."
Me---SHOW ME IN HTA!!!
Cop--"I can still write you a ticket."

I argued with this Dick the whole time and he handed back my licence. This guy is so igneront hes stupid. He still didnt show me in the HTA. He told me ANY exhaust other then stock is illegal.
BS. These cops are retaded man. The emissions thing he said "you have to have the stock box" Refering to air intake. Our intakes are legal. He ask me if I was selling my car?

On another scary note, yesterday two undercovers are hiding for me in the parking lot, and I can clearly see them. They see me looking at them out side my car as I bit my slice from NOVA, and they pull up. "drivers licence and registration." The guy starts writing my licence and ownership and insurance on a peice of paper. Every number. I ask him why and he said the computers were down. BS. HE left.
Hes probably called my insurance company. "This cars modified"

any exhaust that is not stock is illegal...it is considered a hollywood exhaust....and it's a fact that they can give you a ticket for it, eventhough your exhaust is not loud.

actually hollywood muffler is a muffler that is straight through cannister or tilted like the 5zigen one, only people with these mufflers get harassed a lot

Hollywood? No man its not fireball at all.
Its pacecetter cat back. Wossist exhaust ever. Its replacement exhaust , I dont see what the problem is.

then he just changed the exhaust no more harassment

sorry sam, i disagree on that..
every cop i spoke to they all said the same thing..
any exhaust that is not stock is considered illegal.
they can give you a ticket for it.

Funny he ignored me when I asked him to prove it.

Then that means it is illegal to have you rusted out mufler anywhere but the honda dealership. Doesn't make sense to me :confused:

damn durham cops eh, i was at kingston rd and whites today, i see this girls car stalled in the right lane,(this girl was hotttttttttt), next thing you know 3 cop cars pull up and give her a boost, i laughed my ass off, if it was a done up car it woulda been a ticket for some BS
