Mailing a court date

I went to the court office in misssissauga in mid august to file for a court date and they said they would mail it to me...its mid october and its not even here yet? normal?

it took me like 4 months or maybe even more to get my court date notice.......then the court date was like almost a year away from that...lol....i still haven't gone to court yet for a ticket i got last august....

Call them up and ask. My latest court date was sent 10 months after I filed trial.

The court in Peel is still back logged. I would call them up just to check up. You will need your ticket number.
