ya i know eh, i think next time when i go for the second ticket i'll know what to ask though, i'll say i know they're illegal but i'm just wondering why because when I read the HTA and when i asked another officer he said it was legal and see if they can explain it to me that way....

So you got 2 of these identical tickets?? Just ask... show me exactly where it says it illegal? It says FLASHING green lights are illegal, and it says there must be WHITE light at the front corners, which there is.... so??? where is it illegal. Cuz I understand ignorance of the law is no excuse, but in this case the law is ingorant to MY excuse. maybe she'll like that play on words LOL
