license suspension question help please

happend at night time(after drinking), i had to drive few people home, rear passengers didnt wear seatbelts, cops pull me over

cops ask me to do the alcohol test, i waited 30mins -.-

so i got a warning on the test, so cops gave me a 12hrs suspansion, and cops gave tickets to the 2 rear passenger(17~18 yrs old) for not wearing seatbelt $110 each

i got no tickets, but took my driver license for 12hrs

will this affect my insurance?? cuz this is first time i got pull over

i'm under belairdirect

thanks for the help

It should not do anything to your insurance. But good for your friend getting the tickets, serves theme right. He most likey gave you the 12hrs suspansion for being stupid, and not making your friend put the seat belt on.

12 hour suspension?
what the hell is that..

i don't think it means anything.. they just didn't want you driving that night.

question though... how did u drive after that?

It is in the HTA, but not an actual criminal charge. I don't think there is a record of it.

thats suprising because i thought you get demerit points for failing to ensure passenger 16 and under have a seatbelt on. but i guess if theyre over 16 you just get a ticket. weirdddd
i doubt it effects your insurance
