Can I have whatever your having cause that last post was worst than a grade 1 student writing a story.

Since you want to do a civil case your mods weren't being reported to your insurance company correct?

Honestly, the guy hit you from behind, you called the police, they show up at his house and then he tries to give a story about how you exchanged information... thats all fine and good, except they didnt show up at the scene. Youre supposed to stay at the scene, EVEN IF THE OTHER GUY LEAVES, and wait for a cop.

Now i think since you called the cops, theyre going to look more favorably upon you. Also how does this guy know it wasnt you driving your car? That sounds like a lie right there, and only a moron cop wouldnt believe it... think about it, a cop shows up at your door and says "Someone has claimed you hit their vehicle and then drove away", and right off you say "It wasnt the owner driving!!", how the **** do you know?

I dont think you need a lawyer, you just need to make sure that you arent lying, and you know your story off by heart so you dont add or take anything away from it each time you have to tell a cop.

So, just from this point on, do whatever the cops tell you, make sure you have your story straight, and wait for the result. Since he hit you from behind (A hit from behind is always at fault) and he didnt call the cops OR stay at the scene, hes most likely ****ed. I cant think of an excuse that would let him off for either of those things, even if someone else was driving. Especially if you also have a witness to say that you were driving and that she saw the accident and she followed you to a service station where you then reported the accident by phone.

LOL

Who was pissed that you could afford a lawyer? lmao - all I said was if you're looking for a lawyer this probably isn't the best place to do so.

Oh and lol @ calling everyone else in this thread '*****s and cry babies' - that definitely shows how mature you are in relation to everyone else.

good show.

From reading your posts, I'd say they have far more on you than just simple writing skills.

How does anyone manage to get past grade school without knowing even the simple mechanics of how punctuation and capitalization contribute to comprehensible sentence structure?

ok, if you took the time to actually read what has been written here, you would see that you have been offered a lot of help

you do not need a lawyer, all this can be dealt with using simple systematic procedures designed for general public.

you just seem like soemone who dramatizes every single event in her life, as if its a one of a kind weird thing that is happening for the frist time in the world.

a hit and run is not that special, they happen every day. you call the cops, and your insurance pays for your repairs, etc. thats the reason we have "no fault insurance" in ontario.

that is IF this was a hit and run

It would seem this has turned into a grammer lesson that actually helping her out. Lets be real here people, majority of the vocabulary on this site is horrible most of the time, yet no one is correcting every mistake, no matter how bad it is.

Whether you believe her or not, majority of you haven't given her what she asked of and this thread has just become useless.

Do you know what kind of car hit you? If so, his car should have your paint color on it... correct? If he hit you that hard you would have transfer. So right there you have him on a hit and run. Regardless if he says he gave you his info, it's still needing to be resolved by his insurance he hit you, not the other way around. I would call his insurance company and talk to them about it and what kind of restitution you'll be receiving.
