Im looking for an insurance company for a 18 year old that will be living by himself and basically hes primary and everything is under him.

The car will be a 1996 Civic EX.
My friend is 18 years old, his parents will be going to hongkong to stay for a few years so he doesnt have anyone to put it under and he wont be putting it under any relatives.
Any ideas or help?

The car will be under his name and so will the insurance, looking to do less than 5 grand if possible?

i got a quote of $251 a month at statefarm when i called for a quote at 16 when i first bought the car. no idea how much it would be now because it's under my dads name.
