When i was 22 i was paying $400 a month (co-operators)
When i was 23 i was paying $215 a month (dominion) then it dropped to $176 a month
When i was 24 i was paying $136 a month (dominion)
Now that i'm 25 i pay $126 a month (dominion)
This is for a 95 civic EX coupe with full coverage with a $500 deductable.

Before i was 22 i was paying $90 a month, but i lived in ohio and was a secondary driver on my moms car (99 ford contour, brand new at the time). Then i got my civic and still paid the same rate as the primary driver (through liberty mutual).

after i send the car in to have the newer motor and all the other toys, im thinking about having it appraised...though i believe the rates may go up to $300/month

I've had other people with similar experiences, it seems if they don't want to insure you they will give you some stupid quote...

wow, that is very odd, the guy that me and my dad are with is very helpful and actually like their quote "like a good neighbour". He is an A+ guy. We got the quotes over the phone, he came over explained everything and even made it the best prices possible for us.

sounds about right . 2 years ago when i went ther with my mom to get a quote the guy made it look like he was doing me a hugee favour. He quoted me 9500 a year for a 93 jetta one way and 12000 a year full coverage. I laughed at his face

I called a different person and he gave me a quote for 750 monthly and he told me i have 20 years experience in this business i can assure you this is the cheaper you are going to get. I ended up paying around 400$ a month and ofcourse i called the guy back and told him , he was like they may of made a mistake

My car isn't modded...they only consider mods like turbos and that kind of stuff, cuz when we first switched over they asked my dad about his 05 SIG and he told them he has intake and exhaust, and they said oh thats nothing.

if your young like me. or have a bad record want to be the primary driver of your own car.. thats like the worst. my dad called for an estimate.. its like 700 for me.
you gotta go secondaryy forsure and some inshurence places that you can sign a paper that say you cant drive the other car ( because if your like me and your dad/mom has a car then you want to buy one under their name) your not aloud to drive theres EVER that reduces it
but they not stupid so you gotta be careful
my inshurence place says 2 speeding tickets in 3 years and they wont insure you (not liek 20 over but like the highones)

Im 23 now and I pay 119 on my 94 Eg with basic insurance. the insurance company is economical and my broken is insurance portfolio inc. Unfortunately they are super picky about any mods but understandable if you are a decent person.
