insurance question..

i called my brooker on the 4th this month said i only want fire and theft on the car she said ok.. she told me its going to take 6 weeks to process and they will credit my payment .. when they recieve it they will make it effective from the 4th when i called.. so does that mean i can still drive the car until i recieve notice?

if you drive the car after you've told them you only want fire and theft your claim will be denied - regardless of whether you have received the paperwork in the mail

If you have only comp coverage (fire and theft) this means you have no collision ... so if you get into an at fault accident you will have no coverage for your vehicle .... but if you get into a not at fault accident you will have coverage for your damages under liability (assuming you still have that) ... but i don't think you do so, don't drive with out liability ....
