Insurance Help & Recommendations!

For some reason, the insurance company just cancelled my dad's policy, it is effective on the 7th of May. Is this possible, no claims, ontime payments, yet they cancel it for no reasons, along with many other customers. Will this affect insurance rates because "HAVE YOUR INSURANCE BEEN CANCELLED?"

I guess its time to look for a new one, do you guys recommend any and how to negotiate, for a high risk driver (2 at fault, 18 years of insurance etc...)

I guess that little tid bit of info at the end had nothing to do with what they did?

Just wondering.

If you are considered high risk then you are forced to get insurance from the the few companies in the high risk pool only, as other companies will not insure you. Likely your current insurance company is not in the high risk pool, so that is why they likely cancelled your policy. As for trying to find a cheap company that you can negotiate with and get a good price, its not going to happen. You will probably only have a few companies to choose from, and all will probably want about the same amount, which will not be cheap by any means.

Nope, I'll ask dad for contact information and I'm going to have a talk with PAFSCO, I remember someone saying they insure high risk drivers for the best price.

k dudes, by law insurance co's cannot cancel your policy for no reason. You must have been cancelled for non-disclosure, non-payment or some reason.
