Improper headlights ticket
 

Errr... driving home from work and i got a ticket for improper headlights.. I was like wtf.. when he said my headlight is blue and any aftermarket light is illegal..

gave me a $110 ticket and a warning about my exhaust being aftermarket..

This is the type of BS.. i hate..

Should i take off my HID xenon lights and get off? or keep them on and fight the ticket??

btw.. how can they prove if my HID xenon headlight is blue or not??

it is the 6000K and when i put a white paper infront of the headlights it reflect white.. and i really don't see blue when i look at it.. just bring white..

Some stock cars (Mercedes, BMW, etc) come with HID... there's your argument right there... definitely fight it.

Fight it.., most likely the cop won't show up. At least thats what happened to me. Either way take it to court, if you see the cop (thinking you'll loose) ask for a lesser charge, if you don't see the cop say your not guilty.

yeah fight it, take pictures or whatever, hopefully the cop won't show, i got the same ticket for my a few weeks ago.... seems strange how they're wasting all their time on stupid little stuff like this.... :confused: our tax dollars at work i guess! :D
