Is it illegal to park infront of your driveway?
Just wonder if you can park infront of your driveway on the road. There are "NO PARKING" signs, in fact no signs at all. The road is 3 lane wide BTW.

man dont park your car on the street in front of your driveway with a 3 lane wide street ......if your car causes traffic i'm sure you gonna get a ticket for more than just a parking ticket ......i'm sure they are gonna call you out of your house and give you some more violations.......
park in the driveway on an angle if anything ........ |

If there are no signs at all regarding timing/parking, then i would guess you could park, people do it all the time ( not saying im sure though ) If there is a "no parking" sign on your side of the street, then forget it, u'll be ticketed, im sure you knew that one :D |
Check the by-laws. There might be no sign, but probably no parking between 3am -6am. (like where I live)

I believe you can park there, as long as it's 33 feet away from the center of the road. Can someone confirm this. (heard it a long time ago from a parking enforcement officer)

Its a 3lane road in a small street filled with houses and have minimal traffic, like there is a small street that gets a little cars and when you turn right its another road. There are absolutely no signs at all.

It shouldn't be illegal to park in front of your driveway in the day time, but overnight probably not. In Scarborough, you cannot park on the street after 2:00 AM, depending on your local bylaws you might get a ticket.
