I won in court, now will my insurance go up?
Hi, a while ago i got a ticket, for doing 80 in a 60 zone, when i was being a reckless dumbfcuk n was goin like 120. Anywaz i got a lawyer n won the case. I totally won w/no demerit points off or any type of fine. So the questions remain to whether or not insurance is still gonna rape me. and if it matters I am with allstate and I am 17 w/a G2 class lisence.,

Doesn't matter of there was no fine or points registered.
What matters is if you were convicted. You can be convicted of an offence and be given a suspended sentence or no fine, which more than a few people think of as a "win". But convicted, whether it results in a fine or not, is still convicted and has the potential to affect your insurance rates.
Being found not guilty though is different, and means that there is no conviction and thus no reason for your insurance to be affected.

Your insurance company will order your MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) this is how they determine ot raise your rates, if anything is showing on this report, they apply it to their driving record of you .... You also have access to your MVR, so if you want it , you have to pay a fee, but its worth it ... visit your local ministry office .... or online
