there is really no hook up or anything... unless u're referring to non-legit ones.. where people try to alter your info slightly to make you look/seem less risky

such as location, education, background

as far as i know...
online quotes is as cheap as it can go...

i tried quoting statefarm, belairdirect, certas, ING... so far, belairdirect can provide me the best quote, certas comes 2nd... ING and statefarm around the same, but statefarm seems to be very careful on mods...

both belairdirect and certas are non-broker style, except for belairdirect, you can choose to deal with a broker... but if you do it online, its 5% off
