i was driving in bloor street last saturday! my cell started vibrating in my back pocket so i just pull into one of the side streets park behind a car and take out my phone! as i take it out i see the car in front of me put it in revers and starts backing off in me! so i start hunking and highbeaming!!!!!! but no she comes and hit me in fron! so i get of really pissed. i look at my car it looks good! i go and clean my whole bumber and hood with my shirts sleve. i didn't see any kind of scratch or damage! so i let her go. i took her licence plate just in case! now i got my car washed yesterday and i say a couple of scratched on my bumber which i didn't see that night since it was dark. now is there anything i can do about fixing my car with out rising my insurance premume??????

you might as well forget about it
even if you get the number for this lady, and call her, she's gonna tell you to eat ****, cause you let her go, and you can't prove anything anymore!
so grab the touch up paint, if it's that bad, and cover up those scratches, otherwise, just leave em and call them war scars

If you reported the accident to the ministry, then You might have been able to do something.. cuz u report it hit and run.. cops take plate number and try to verify everything.

I say B glad it's just a few scratches.. next time always take the person's information just incase.. If they refuse to provide information call the cops!

You're pretty much on your own with this one. You let her go. Now you'd be hard pressed to prove that she made the scratches.
