help u.s. ticket
i got a ticket in ny state recently for speeding. i was doing 85 in a 65. it says i can mail in a cheque for the fine but nowhere on the ticket does it say what i owe. was this a mistake made by the cop and i can fight it or do i have to call soemwhere.

Back before this like 10 years ago MTo did not have all provinces on this aggreemnet and Labrador was one of them. I come from Quebec near Labrador (11 hours east of Montreal) and people used to get their liscences change to labrador to regain all their points. As well if you had a quebec liscence and got a ticket in Lab. NFLD, you did not have demerit points taken off. Now you with this agreement you can't do this.
BTW, I think you do lose points in you get a ticket from NY
