help , cop inspection

guys i need some help


sat nite,
got stop by cops
they were doing alcohol test

well i pass the test,
cos ididnt drink that much

but then the cops give me a form
and said i need to take the car for inspection
they said my car is not safe

well the car is ef
back is all stripe with no back seat and interiror,

help me out guys
need some advice

take a look at the safety list thats sticky'd in the discussion section... make sure your car covers all teh criteria and you should be good. thats what i did... good luck

You're lucky!
Take it to a shop, have the form filled out. Done! If it's safe then you're off the hook, if it's unsafe then they've done their job and taken a dangerous vehicle off the streets.

hes just giving you trouble because without an interior you appear to be a street racer. If your not maybe you should consider putting it back in ?.

basically this was the only ticket he could give you... even though it not really a ticket.

honestly why would you take your interior out of a civic even to race, if anything I've actually thought of putting more weight in my car, I don't even get traction untill 5th gear. Just put the interior in and take it for the inspection... good luck.

Police-ordered safety inspections are done by Ministry of Transport mechanics or their contracted agents. That removes from you the opportunity to find a mechanic who will overlook little things or take a bribe to overlook the bigger things.
