HELP!! 2 tickets I need to get lowered/rid of!!

I got two tickets. One doing 20 over $95 and 3 points in Huntsville, and the other doing 30 over $110 in Orillia. The officier said that the one in Orillia might lower it, if I went to the courts. But I talked to another friend and he said that they might lower the fine but not the points. I'm hoping they might lower the points, but I am not sure. I am debating on going to fight the tickets and maybe go to points or go fight it myself. I was thinking about giving the whole I'm broke and I'm a student and I work 2 jobs, and I wouldn't be able to afford insurance thing. But I am not sure if that would work, I would also tell them that I didn't a record before till now.

WHAT SHOULD I DO!?!?!
ANY EXPERIENCED PERSON??

The officier said that if I pled guilty and go to the courts that they might lower it, or should I try to fight it and maybe the officer might not show?

If I plead not guilty can I still have the possibility to get it reduced?

You have the possibility to get the ticket tossed.

If the officer doesn't show up in court you still can be charged with the offense. (happened with my careless driving ticket back in 1996)

So I should fight the tickets then? By myself or should I get a lawyer?

I don't care about paying the fine, I just want the points to be lowered. Anyone know if that can be done?

The only way I know of getting the pts removed is by going to court,

A JP will reduce the fine amount, but not the points.

the ponits don't matter. it's the ticket. all points mean is that at 9 you go to a meeting with the dmv.
and don't worry.. 30 over is a major ticket and most likely they will drop it to 20 over. unless it was already reduced.
then your ****ed.
lol

best thing to do is plead guilty, and say you need your car for work and school ect.
