the best thing to do is to probably call X-Copper (or something similar)

x copper is DAMN expensive...... thats the problem

stupid offences.......

- illegal muffler ( its stock, i got letters from2 shops verifying this )

- illegal headlights ( they're hyper white NOT blue like stated )

- i didnt have the proper insurance card in, and the pig refused to look at the fax i had from the insurance company stating i was insured under this policy #, etc

- speeding....... i dont think i was going 30 over..... 15 maybe.... but not 30, he refused to show me a radar screen

- plate in front window

- the ******* wrote me up a ticket for being drunk before i blew a breathalizer, and when i blew 0.00 apologized and ripped up the ticket

I would just go in and state your case. Avoid fighting everything thought or having an attitude against the cop...the courts are on their side. From what you have listed, a "hey I am guilty of something but not all of it" in a polite and informed (bring everything in with you) attitude will likely get you a big reduction. If the points or insurance rating from the speeding is a big concern, you will need x-copper or points. They have a "Charitable donation" scheme going where you get a discharge and pay the fine to charity instead. They might even argue the other charges gratis.

Good luck!

ok those arent serious tickets at all. like DaBlaze said, you can probably just go in and plead your case. the first two tickets will almost definitely get thrown out. the speeding one will probably be reduced too. just wondering, are you a student? cuz if you give them a sob story about how you have no money to pay all these fines and tuition the judge will probably drop the fines way down for you.

if most of the items you listed there ARE legal, just show them the papers for the muffler and lightbulb, and it should be thrown out. The speeding will be reduced with a reduced fine and points.
Where are you located? Durham?
