I know I did this on myself but this is my last hope I got booked by the police and he convicted me for producing false evidence, unsafe vehicle, no muffler, operating motor vechicle without innsurance. On the ticket it already gave me a day to go to court Sept 28.

My question is this

1) Can one of my family member appear on my behaf ( reason - me and my family are poor, I supposed to go away to London for a job at the end of july )

2) Can I still leave the country at the end of july to go to my job

Regardless of wether you are poor or not, driving without insurance angers me. Unsafe vehicle, no muffler I could careless about, but conisdering my dad got hit my someone driving while standing on the sidewalk, (stupid driver) insurance is what pays his bills. I hope you are aware and I am pretty sure that its an automatic $5000 fine for no insurance. Not to mention if you ever hit someone, they can legal sue you, and you WILL lose everything.

Dumb thing to do if you ask me. Cant afford insurance? Take the bus like so many of us did for so many years.
