Got pulled over.

So I got pulled over earlier and they made me do a safety inspection. So he made me pull my ebrake and told me to drive forward and it did so he told me that was unsafe which I get. Then he made me turn my steering wheel all the way and told me my tires were rubbing my fender which I also get. But then he saw my wheel lugs and told me that I needed a locking nut or to change wheel lug.. something along those lines, I had red d1spec lugs. So my question is, is it illegal to have these lugs?

Yeah.. I ended up with a "wrong tire" ticket because the fender was rubbing. He said either that or he was gonna tow the car..

You shouldn't be able to. It should hold the car or drag the rear wheels locked.

I don't know why the cop made a stink about lug nuts. It's not illegal to not have a locking lug nut.... weird.

Dont worry about the locking nuts. Its not a requirement.

And good luck fighting that ticket, i hope you win.
