i got pulled over for something else, not the too loud exhaust crap, but i had an aftermarket muffler then and the OPP asked me to rev it up and hear how loud it was. i only revved it up till 3k he was behind the car to listen to it, didnt bother him much, he admitted that it is a grey area which lets the cops decide on their own if its too loud or not. i still got a ticket for the other thing though.
