Dude, it sucks that your car's ruined. But watch out cause some companies pay more attention to these claims than others.

Doesn't sound like you were injuried in your original post. Why you need a personal injury lawyer? You may watch too much Jerry Springer.

My car got written off last week 95 Civic in good shape and low km. Insurance gave me $6700. My car was parked on side of road. I asked the insurance company if I had an recourse against the other driver and i was told NO due to no fault.

Suck it up...grab your **** from your car and buy another one.

Hell Im gonna by a 99-00 SiR.

you can still sue for lost time....wages....ect...ect...ect....

But you have to show proof of this.
