going to court.....
that time again :cry:
on august 15th, i have to go to court, for 3 tickets...
1) speeding, 2) rolling stop, and 3) unneccessary noise
speeding i was, about 10 over
i stopped for about 1 1/2 seconds
a lil chirp (1/4 of a second)
my question is, if i go show up in court, and the cop is there, is there any way i can ask the judge to post pone the trial for another date, if i tell him that im broke, and i need more time to hire a representative for me?
if not, is there anything else i can tell him?
just want to try my luck and see if the cop does show up!
fact is, i know he didnt have radar, and he must have been really listening to hear that so called chirp, every1 knows its just a honduh
and for the rolling stop, bah, he prolly wanted me to stay there for like 5 seconds!

I don't think you can get it rescheduled because of being broke.....they'll charge you and give you plenty time to pay the fines.....instead of 30 they'll give you 90 days. The best solution is to have someone rep you saying you could not attend due to (insert excuse here...but make sure it is good ) and you would like to request another date.

hahaha sorry man... i was just wondering, casue i ddint see your car there.....i guess u thought i was going on the 16th........
from those 3 charges, i have to pay a $175 dollar fine ( phew! ) and 1 point
we requested an extension to pay the fine, and the judge says(threathens) "would u rather pay a $350 fine in 90 days or a $175 fine in 30 days" ofcourse i chose the latter....
