i knew a guy once that never had a front plate...when i asked him what he does when he gets pulled over..he told me he tells the cops it got stolen and that he cant afford to take time off of work to get a replacement....i guess it all depends on the cop if you get away with it.

I can think of one good reason to not want the front plate, at least not in the centre... and that is if you happen to have a front mount intercooler feeding a turbo...
