fighting a ticket

is there a certain amount of time you have to let them know in, if you are going to set a court date to fight a ticket?

15 days is what is written
but usually i am 2-3 days late, and they still accept it

it's says on the back of the ticket....it's 15 days or else there is some kind of penatly....call the number and arrange a date with a prosecutor....you'll have to do this first before you can get a court date.

you cannot set a trial date over the phone
it say's so behind all my tickets

ooh, and if you fail to set trial within 15 days, it is deemed that you are not willing to go to trial.
