Engine Swaps and Insurance...

Just curious to all you guys that got motor swaps (to be specific K20 swaps, but this can apply across the board)... Is there an issue with registration/insurance?
Do you specify the motor swap?

i know my motor swap is just registered as a rebuilt engin hope this helps

but your motor was a D series and a ZC is basically a D series anyways, so you can get away with it.....now from a D to a K is a different story

true i did not look at it that way

i boosted my motor.

i didnt tell my insurance company. But if a cop ever wants to **** me and call my insurance company when I get pulled over, I'm in some deep sh1t with my company. They'll put you on high alert and it'll be tough to get insurance again.

But.. my car is registered to my grandpa, who is technically registered under my house. So his name gets screwed.. haha

Also.. if you get into an accident, they most likely won't cover you if they find out you had a swap
