Hey i wanted to know if engine swaps and mods to the engine, If they are ilegal???

you have to be more specific, not all engine mods are illegal, and as long as you have a legit swap it's legal as well....

well if its a stolen engine than its illegal

some intakes are legal (AEM etc.) and some are for "off road use only" most products will say if they are street legal or not
