Early Resolution Date?

Thumbs down Early Resolution Date?

i have an early resolution appointment with the prosecutor monday for a 64 in a 40 ticket, it was my first ticket, what should i say when i go?

Cry like a little girl, and beg for mercy....tell them that you are barely making rent (live paycheck to paycheck), and this would definently put a strain are your resourses. Tell them that your insurance would go up, and it would probaly force you to get rid of your car.(which means you can't go to work, in turn you would have to go on wellfare) Tell them that you are getting married soon.....need the money for that. Tell them your dog died last night .....
If all else fails.....start crying.
Just be honest with them, and tell them some of the above....
They should let you go with a warrning (it is your first offence)......if that doesn't happen, get ready to bend over the table for them.......:working:

No, but I have seen one guy do this as a joke.....they prosecuter didn't think it was funny though.

just got back, had it reduced to 55 in a 40, no points and down to $42.50
