Pretty lucky though, I was surprised it worked, it was pretty much my word against the cop, man he was pissed when i presented my case to the crown, you should have seen the death stare he gave me.

Are you sure the only reason you got off was because he had the wrong intersection?? Because by law, the exact location of the violation on the ticket is not vital.

Yeah maybe the judge gave me a break. But I did get the fine reduced to even more than what the crown lawyer was offering so it was worth it to take it to trial.
