Heres my story:

I was going to skool today on 401west. After, i take the 403 onto the straight part of the hwy. I overtook a truck and settled back onto the right side of the 2lane. The two cars on each lane ahead of me was going speed limit cuz a cop was stationed onthe right shoulder. Of course i slowed down to their speed. But the cop pulled me over anyway!?wtf?

I gave everything to the cop except the insurance and he didnt care. He gave me a ticket for 134km/h. I knew i wasnt speeding and asked to see the radar. He said he couldnt bcuz it was dangerous with all the passing cars. Plus he said 'she' took the readings!! Who was 'she'? Doesnt he have to do it?

Can i make a case of this?

1) Last week I noticed they were doing a traffice blitz on 403
heading East Bound. At first I saw a cruiser sitting under the mavis bridge but didn't think much of it. But then i saw a cruiser that pulled over a car, then another, then another...
I saw about 8 cruisers each of whom had pulled over a car.

2)Fight it, bad situation to be in, but all you can really do is fight it.

whenever u get a ticket, take it to court cause there's always a good chance that u could win or get your charges reduced

for speeding tickets 90% that u take it to court and either plead guilty u get cost reduction

My uncle did 130 in a 80zone i think and the lawyer he hired said he will pay off the ticket which was $280 and my uncle pays the lawyer $270 i think because the lawyer knows he will knock some price down.
