disclosure?

Just got my first attendence date for my improper muffler/broken horn ticket, both obtained at the same time. For those that have fought and won these cases before, will I need to obtain disclosure (officer's notes) to assist my case? I did a search for this topic and found quite a few threads, but I'm not sure if it's still quite as easy to win as it was before. Basically I'm looking for my chances to winning this thing.

I've already got a picture of my exhaust (which came with the car that I bought second hand 2 yrs ago with no problems with the law until recently), a canadian tire catalogue that has the exact same one with no warnings whatsoever, a pic of a silencer I put in, a receipt for a fixed cat (the old one was totally dead and did contribute somewhat to the noise) and a passed etest form.

As for the horn being broken, got that fixed with receipt to prove it.

In terms of the circumstance as to why I was pulled over, I wasn't doing anything retarded as I was just coming home from driving my wife to work and I saw the cop quite some distance away and made a point to behave myself. Didn't do any burn outs, didn't rev the engine, didn't speed, hell I shifted at 2000rpm's and I've got a b16! If I had been on a hill I would have rolled backwards!
