How long do demerit points stay on my drivers abstract. Or better yet, how long will it affect my insurance rate. Will it drop after 6 months of clean driving, or no?

they paid it? go appeal.... they can reopen the trial for u. but if u lose, they keep ur money

if you were refused radar then you should have taken it to court.

1 speeding ticket doesn't make too big of a difference.

my 34 km over raised my insurance by 15% in the past.

Tell your parents that they owe you your insurance raise over 3 years minus whatever the ticket amount was.
