Ahh they dont' give u a plea down schedule on that site.
But if u look around, u should be able to find possible plea downs like if u got careless driving for example, you could plea down to following to close, which is like?....i dunno didn't read the points but maybe 4? as oposed to 6. . .

well see, you have to master the art of opening the door, you can't rush it.. first you got to put your hands on the handle in the car... then open.... now your left foot goes outside first..then right then you stand up. That's how you properly open a door.. geez it's not rocket science

When you open it into the path of oncoming pedestrian, bicycle, or motor vehicle traffic. You are supposed to wait until the way is clear before flinging that door open.

true, if you open the door on an incoming cyclist, and (s)he falls and decides to call the cops/ambulance.....you will be charged with that offence.
i also believe/think passengers in the rear should not exit the vehicle from the left hand side doors, only towards the pavement (right side).

The law pertaining to improper door opening applies to all occupants of the vehicle, not just the driver.
