Ok. With a class "G" licence, do your demerit points erase after 2 years from the conviction? Or say you have like 2-3 convictions. One of them is from a year ago, and a new one from like yesterday. Does the time reset from you last conviction? Like do I have to wait 2 years now from yesterday or 2 years from a year ago? Im confused.

Demerit points stay on record for 2 years from the offence date. Meaning if you got ticket "A" for something 2 yrs ago and another ticket "B" 1 yr ago then ticket "A" will be erased from your record but ticket "B" will stay on for another year.

points will stay on the cops records for 2 years and on insurance companies records for 3-5 years depending on the company
