court question

just wondering.....what happens when you have a trial date but both parties (you and the cop) don't show up in court?

do you win automatically or the cop wins? or retrial???

i think.....

if just you show, you win..
if you don't show yer found guilty..

if you both don't show, i dunno but i think yer still found guilty..

hopefully you wouldn't, cuz i don't think they handle appeals for that kinda stuff easily, it's different if you lose than a no show...... unless you can't move and are in the hospital......
