court date on coming thur needs help!!
back in Jan, 1:00 AM i got a ticket for "fail to stop at red light".
the thing was, when the light change to yellow, my car already so
close to the stop mark line.
this is the time between to go or not to go.
usually, i brake hard to stop but that's night my girlfriend was
sleeping so, i went. and ended up with a ticket for $190..
how can he write me a ticket for that..
who said cops don't abuse their power.
i will say most of them do.
i got a court date for thur, i will tell what happen, + needs some
suggestions from u guys..
thanx

Explain circumstances to prosecutor.
Explain that you were in the beginning of the intersection when the light changed amber.
Rather than slamming on your brakes and getting rear ended you decided to proceed cautiously.
If thats what happened.

Tell the truth..
Dress poor, but not homeless poor..
No jeans and a shirt with a collar.
No-one here that I know will help you fabricate a story.
I wish there was some special words that would make prosecutors and judges go away.
Unfortunateley not.
Well lets try anyway.
"Rumplestiltskin"
**** didn't work.
Good luck..:hourglass

One of my clients used them to get off his "leaving scene of accident" charge. If the court would have kept the charges, we would have denied his insurance claim. Was about $20,000..he totalled his WRX. but we had to pay it 'cause they dropped the charges!!

no...i was happy for him!! He shouldnt have been charged in the first place....he had a single veh accident way out in the boonies...he waited an hour..no cops drove by..so he got a ride into town and called the police..by this time they had found the car and asked him to go to the police station..then they charged him with fail to remain. And under your insurance policy..if you are charged with fail to remain, you void your insurance coverages.!..he was lucky they dropped the charges.
