Basically, she charge me with wreckless driving and told me to go fight it. That was after she told me I had to be charged and the admitting to not knowing what else she could charge me with.
So now I have a court date in November.

there are many lesser included charges you can bargain down to. go for following too close. say the taxi cut you off, who wouldnt believe a taxi cut u off

I wouldnt trust a pig with my life nevermind not showing to a court date. I was told the exact same by a cop, show up to court and guess who i see? I dont care because i was in the wrong and deserved the ticket.
