You guys are retarded!!!!

People like you KILL!!

Find a track, and don't be stupid enough to post this on here. You never know what cops are willing to do. And if you are still retarded enough to post this kind of stuff, then leave out the details, now they know exactly what to look for!

Yes anybody can do that!!!

Very easy to trace personal information..

And I am sure the club would cooperate in any Police investigation..

Dumb to do...

Dumber to admit here...

haha.. considering theres only 2 cops patrolling the streets of acton everyday i highly doubt there going to come looking for us when were not even from there, it was a quick 100-180 run not an all out street race on eglington, also there isnt much to kill on farm land roads at 3am besides a deer, skunks or maybe even a yeti..

Do I feel sorry for you and your friend?

Nope.
Took the words right out of my mouth . I really hope you get caught and get the book thrown at you! It's idiot's like you 2 clown's that cause cop's to give every other enthusist a hard time, like you hear everyone complaining bout. After reading yet another idiotic "race" story, I am reminded why I get pulled over everytime I drive the Honda! And no one can blame the cop's, after story's like the one we just read! Maybe mod can begin taking down these "street racing brag's" as they do for post that are considered whoring!

hitting a skunk at 100+ km will more then likely cause you to spin off the road and crash into something. Causing damage to someoneds property or maybe a street sign or something is very possible. Hitting a deer at 100+ will definatly kill you or at least crash you up enough to need emergeny service's. And if you hit a yeti your going to jail!

You will eat your words one day......why? because it has happened twice to people here.

A cop showed up at one moring to the surprise of one of the people on this borad (not me). Another is under investigation for a dangerous driving charge(not me).

Would you like some sweet and sour sauce to go with your foot?

HELLO.....you don't think they have the tools to find your ip address? Come on.....there is also gave some specific info in that thread. They are not dumb. They can put 2 and 2 together.

The other day, cops got a warrent for a data base in a case of stocking...(it was in the news). Wasn't it a surpries to the perpertaiter whan the cops showed up at his door with an arrest warrent.

exactly if they want the information bad enough they can get a warrent for the whole server and then just read eveything including PM's and IP addresses that are recorded....

thinking the internet is secure is funny ... hey post your credit card information ....in a PM if you think it's secure ....the internet was created to share information by the us military so that a nulcear strike would not distroy their communications systems....it was made to be open and easy to access.. now it's stoill the same at the core of the net just people like to pretend it's secure with all these "secure" services or "private" services... the internet was never made to be secure it's design goes against this principal ... the net is not and never will be secure

My mom is a SIU insurance investigator and she told me that the insurance companies are also starting to watch these 'street racing' boards.

Cops in Ontario need to catch you to give you a ticket. Prima Facie. They don't know who drove = no moving violation ticket. (Only photo-radar was exempt, now no photo radar) Its in the HTA and/or the procedure code (i forgot what its called). Other non-HTA offences need not apply.

That procedure code that I wrote about above, and forgot what it's called: "Provincial Offences Act"

Yes but I'm sure that the police can use what you say or post as "confession". And that's how they get you. People argue bout this all the time, but trust me they can hold it against you. Not only have a couple of us asked an officer in person, but just look at the example of the 2 people who woke up to find police knocking on there door regarding something they posted!

Which threads can I read more about the 2 people (if any)? Were they charged with anything? Reason I ask, if someone reports acts of dangerous driving or what have you, usually by calling the police or visiting them at the station, and giving the licence plate and description of the vehicle and driver, they usually visit the home and have a chat to see what happened, and tell them not to do it again. I know, because that's what happens when I report dangerous drivers (I am always asked for my name and phone number, in case they want to follow up, which I give).

In this case, I can see them (the police) visiting the people mentioned to check out the mods, but they can't link the driver with just the posts alone since they only have "circumstantial evidence" (as far as I can tell, which is why I'm asking for the incriminating posts, if not already deleted) that any first year law student will know how to get dismissed at court.

The only way they can make the charges stick, is to strike a deal with the accused--which might happen with scare tactics--in which they admit to the charges. In court, the accused are not required to even take the stand which would be needed to win as the constitution protects against self incrimination. The constitution also protects against singling out individuals of an association, which their lawyer can argue, as that what this forum is part of.

In short, unless they want to make an example out of the "ricer community" the charges won't likely stick, expecially if the accused hire a real lawyer.

(Disclaimer: the above was not legal advice. Neither the author nor TCC take any responsibility for actions taken based on the above post. As always, you should consult with a lawyer in regards to legal issues.) Just covering my a$$!

Your missing the point. It's not like someone said "I saw these 2 idiot's racing up and down some street's doing some crazy speed's and driving recklessly", and telling the police.
This is someone "confessing" to doing it! Two totally different circumstance's. If you want to go ahead and post about how fast and how many people you cut off go ahead. BUT if and when they come for you, let us know so we can say I told you so!
