Angry Cheaper Insurance...

Hi,
A friend of mine told me that u can get a cheaper insurance by registering ur car on the US and get one of those plate that says New Jersey or something..Is this true?? I hope its true cuz im paying fukcing 500 for one way..

And if - big IF - you were to do that, then cops would even target you more....with US plates....

Anyways - you can't get around the insurance issue in the this province...Unless all of us start campaigning for Government run insurance.

$500 is real damn steep - why are you being charged that?

got an accident with my 94 ExR n got T-Boned by some fukcer who run on red..gggrr..n hit me on the driver fender which should have been his fault but i dnt have no witness so its 50/50...

A cheap way to get around insurance is plate and insure a car in teh states or quebec and drive it down here.

You need a mailing address from wherever you register the car, and after a certain period of time, I believe you're forced to register it in Ontario so good luck with this

ya, you gotta get all changed over to ontario if you move here to live here after 6 weeks I think otherwise they'll nail ya...unless you're "temporarily" here like say you're a student and you're parents live in the states or quebec then you can keep your primary address as theirs and get away with it...yunno, cause students are always moving around from shat pad to shat pad
