catch can illegal or legal?
 

im going to be running on open ventilation system. Basically I will have a breather filter on my catch can.. and my breather line and pcv line runnign to it. I know that a brether filter on your valve cover is illegal, so i would assume this is also?

Anybody know?

after having an arguement about pcv systems and diff. set-ups with a friend.. it seems to be that i was right and it is illegal.

It is illegal. Using a catch can is just a variation on an open crankcase ventilation system, which has been illegal under pollution control standards for many many years now.
