car value help urgent

ok bro's so my car got messed up adn insurance is tryin to "make a deal" with me I basically want the book value for it i dont' care to try and get more /rip them off where can I find out the book value for my car???I'm tryin to buy another car /work 60 hour work weeks /deal with this bs on the side :(
