BarelyLegalCivic smashed again
man im telling you i think i have some of the worst luck when it comes to my car
SO i go to the Falls saturday night, after hitting Sundowners and after getting some dances and having a great time, the dancers they met up at the old casino afterwards with us. we didnt really drink to much(couple beers) play at the old casino for a bit shoot the **** with the dancers and decide fianlly at 5am to call it a night
on my way home just off lundys lane(was gonna take the back roads home) sitting at a red light with my buddy in the car with me. infront of me a 2003 bendz with 20 inch Lexanis, NICE CAR. ....sitting behind him at the lights. he starts edging up and up and up so i stay where i am, then my buddy yells at me YO!! i look up this guy puts it in reverse and floors it into my car. im like sonofabitch. i get out hes like omg dude is so sorry no insurance i already pay to much ...cash cash cash. im like ok man lets do the whole onwership and insurance thing just incase and we will be on our ways. then (the funny part) the passangers like yo was that damage there already .........my friend looks at him and says no you just backed into us.......smashed the skirt kit,. hes like oh. then he asks if we had any chronic.......lmao. im like no(this guy was puffing a joint when he got out of the car lol and he asks us)
so i get all the info, and he takes off. i still think somethign fishy was going on but i just want my car fixed. i look at my car.nothign leaking so thats good. but a smashed skirtkit is no good to drive with.......so i pop the hood and we take the skirt kit off, put it at the side of the road and tie my hood down with some wire as it wouldnt close anymore....drive to my buddies car at the carport thing. go back pick up the smashed kit put it in my buddies car(as it wouldnt fit in my car) and drive home on the back roads nice and easy.....dam hood....
so needless to say.......night started awesome .....dancers and casino...ended with a smashed up kit hood rad support ....and a bunch of other ****, cant wait to takl to the guy tonight and tell him the quote...

honestly man.. i had the same sorta thing happen to a relitaves car... the fix would have been 1000 we were paid 4000.... and had them sign off on it as a payment of good faith.
people are terrified by insurance.... if i were in yoru shoes i would get 3 quotes... and double them all...then give him the options...

Are you dumb? If a guy doesn't have insurance and causes damage to someone else's vehicle, their is a government fund that covers the damage to the third party -- Its actually called "The Fund" which can't be scammed ...

hmmm....somethin similar happened to me b4....but the cop informed me...tat if some1 hits u n isn't properly lisenced n doesn't have insurance....then in the end....the money must come from my insurance....n she told me tat if i reported it rite away...it be different....i dunno if this is the same thing
