Was it across from Home Depot before Dundas? Cause the pigs always hide there, day and night. What was wrong with your turn signal?

Check the HTA, it states that you can have amber or clear turn signals. One cop told me that they can be clear and another one told me that they have to be amber because the clear turn signal won't be noticable from a far distance (B.S) Don't you just love when cops make up their own traffic regulations instead of enforcing the real ones. The headlights, I think as long as they reflect white light then it's okay, but then again (more b.s)

Anyways good luck

I thought police are only allowed to book you for one infraction per stop...thats what i thought...so you may want to look into this...any future po-po's out there that may know about this??

no, its not one infraction per stop, cop can issue as many as he wishes too

h_accordexr, go set trial, and take pics to show/prove

if you can prove to them that those 2 tickets are BS, chances are, you can get them to throw out the speeding charge too

are your turn signals covered with blue paint? if not, then the charge will be thrown out no matter what. they got nothing on you. however if it's got blue on them that might make things a little more difficult since then you have to argue that the light emitted is really white and not blue. also there's a clause in the HTA that states you cannot have coated headlights. it refers to headlights only though, but they still might try to get you on that even though it's only your turn signals. just something to watch out for.
