ok i got in an accidnet.... well i wouldnt really say it was a bad accident but more of a fender bender. i was driving on the ramp from the 409 to the 401 east and this guy beside me in the far left lane slide into me and pushed me into a suv to my right. so he claims that he isnt at fault... which he is but he said he'll pay for the damage to my passenger fender from bumping into the suv. so i gotta get a price and he will pay it if its reasonable for a new one. so i'm asking does anyone have a price for a NEW passenger fender for a 1990 crx si?

I hope you got this in writing, and that you also got the name of any independent witnesses to the accident.

Your best bet is to get a repair estimate from a body shop and give that to him. I would also consider trading off on the "new" fender for a used fender in good shape, or a repro, or maybe even a fibreglass fender, PLUS paint. After all, the car is 15 years old.
