Another One...
it really isn't my luck.
my passenger distracted me for a brief second..got on the brakes late..bumped car in front of me at red light.
slight scratches on her 94 Lexus. Woman is clueless and can't speak english. Cops come. 10 minutes later another one comes. The first 2 are cool, the last narc on the scene writes me up for careless driving and $300 ticket. WTF? i was going like 5km/h . Nobody is hurt, no major damages to either car..only scratches cause of my bolts on my front licence plate.
non english speaking b!tch settles with me ..cash, no insurance.
just really not my luck.
why me?

Damn, fight the ticket for sure!!! Cops aren't even supposed to show up if the damage is under $1000 or no one is hurt!! I hope you didn't tell the cop that you were distracted, then you would have got a ticket, but I would fight it anyways.
