another insurance question

Does the address i give to the insurance company need to match my license? The reason is that if i use my grandparents address for my insurance, my rate will go down about $1200 (they live in ancaster). I use their address for my OSAP so techically i live there during school. could I say the same thing to the insurance company without changing my license address? Thanks

also,

i am graduating from UofT this year, would TD let me join their group insurance now rather then May when the semester is completed? (I know i should ask them, but i cant call until tommorrow!)

It doesn't "HAVE TO" to register for insurance

But if you ever get pulled over, and your insurance doesn't match your liscence, you'll have some explaining to do.
