Hey, I just got into another accident on my way to work, it was really bad out, I wasn't folowing close, and the lady in front of me started doing 360's so I started to stop and started heading for the ditch, so I slowed down as much as possible, kept it on the road, and slid into the lady. There was so much ice, that when I went ot see if she was ok, I fell on my *** as soon as I got out of my car.How much do insurance rates go up and does anyone have any advice, her car has to be towed, I can fix all my damage, and I gave her a ride home.

well did the cops charge you.... if her car went out of control infront of you and she admits that on her statement at the accident reporting center then I don't think they would go up to much.

On a more important note .. are you ok?

Goto the collision reporting center AFTER you are sure you are OK...

yeah I'm fine, I went to the police reporting center here in London, and they said I have to go back to stratford, that sucks, but I am fine, I will be going through ins, I spoke with my broker and he says that it wont be my fault b/c she lost control of her car and thats what caused that accident, so that makes me feel a lot better.

Who had snow tires???

I had snow tires on, and there is a major mis communication error and the claims adjuster thinks that I rear ended her, so I left her a msg explaining what really happened, so my car is in the shop right now and should be ready wed or thursday, so right now I am stuck driving a 2003 sunfire 4 door, that car sucks ***. But the good thing is the claims adjuster that I spoke with says that my deductable will be waived b/c of the conditions and b/c the other lady lost control of her car.
