accident

A friend jus recently got into an accident and filled out an accident report at the reporting center. He wants to pay outta his own pocket so his insurance dont rise. Now, willl the insurance company find out if he pays outta his own pocket??? both parties havent mentioned anything to insurance.

I'm not sure, but I think once the report is filled out, the insurence companies get a copy of that...so they may not have to pay more insurence, but when they go to renew, they'll have an extra "incedent" (Can't spell) on their file and may have to pay more upon renewal.

No the insurance company wont get a copy of it.
They only way they will know is if you call them to report the accident then they will request the report from the police.

Its fine, they wont find out!!!

No, it doesn't.

The driver abstract only displays your identification, and licence status info (Highway Traffic Act & Criminal Code convictions, suspensions, demerit points total, etc) within the previous three years.
