Yesterday evening got in a huge accident at Brock and Pickering Parkway. Was stopped at a red light and jackass behind me was texting on his cellphone and drove into the back of my car (N) ... the impact pushed me forward and his a lady's car in front of me. No damage to her car, the guys car is totaled ... and my car :( is in for repairs ... the frame of the car buckled being in the middle of two cars, the rear bumper is messed up and the front bumper is also. The hood of the car completely messed up and wont even close. Went thru insurance and got 100% no fault car is in the body shop for about 2 weeks. and now im driving a focus wagon as a rental (N)

hope its not a write off put a lot of time and money into that car and ive had it less than a year with two accidents both no fault....if it is i get a new civic :D haha either way win win but the 02 was my baby lol

Thanks ... ya ill upload some pics in a bit ... ya i had my gf and my sis in the car too thank god no one got hurt i thought the other guy was dead wen i got out the car ... he car was totaled and his air bags went off and windshield was smashed...

I got rear ended last year by some moron in a Lude. Same thing, stopped at a red, but I saw him in the rear-view. I pulled up and to the left, but I could only move a little, then *bang*.
I hope everything works out in your favour. Remember to go get checked out by a Dr. Sometimes you might not feel something, even if it's there.

Man, that sucks big time. I hate it when people use their phones while driving.

^^ honda's don't have a frame, cuz their unibody so your frame isn't messed.. that's the good news lol...

also the fact that everyone that was in your car is alright is also good news, the car will get fixed.

moron's should get fined for causing an accident while using their phones... I text in the car occasionally but only while stopped at a light or when there's NOTHING infront of me.... some people

i hate it when i see people talking on the phone and driving, or when u see someone driving stick, drinkin a coffee, talkin on the phone and eating down a burger, ppl need to drive when they are driving and do other **** on other time, glad ur ok man.

so got confirmation that car is NOT a write off ... will have my blue civic punanny in 11 days :) and with a full paint job so thats a plus my front bumper had some paint chips so now everything will look fresh :) cant wait to get it back to pop my fog lights and HIDs in ...
