2nd car on current insurance
Is this possible, according to my friend it is: Can my dad put my car under his name as a 2nd car? How much am I looking at for adding a 2nd car and also what are the negatives of doing this. Nope 2 cars 2 drivers, 1 has to be a primary on each car. you can have the car in his name and you be the primary it is a bit cheaper like 20 a month.

no neccessarily true... He can have both cars under different insurances ... My dad has 3 cars under his name 2 under the same insurance ( so he is primary in one and my mom in the other) and the third car under a different insurance in which he is the primary driver... Before he only had 2 cars under different insurance and he was a primary on both .... He spoke to the broker and he said it was ok , he already had an accident ( more like my brother had it) and the insurance cover it .... BTw insuance does know he owns 3 cars and they never said anything about it ... |
